Cliff received an honorable discharge from the Marines in 1975, and attended Essex County College for Hotel Restaurant Management upon his return. Cliff has worked in New York City in various food concepts ranging from Soul Food to Diners. Cliff started in the college setting in 1984 at Jersey City College, and then went through Rider College, finally ended up at TCNJ in 2001. Cliff is a Sous Chef in Eickhoff Hall and has worked in all the food operations on campus.
