Clarence never met a conversation he did not want to have. His inviting smile is one of his best qualities. Clarence went to school at The Pennsylvania Culinary Institute and has worked in some of the premier fine dining establishments in Pittsburgh. He has experience in all facets of the food service industry, from country clubs to campus services. Clarence started at TCNJ in 2004 as a line cook, and has worked his way through the ranks to his current position, with stops at Brower Food Court as the Sous Chef and Eickhoff Hall as well. Clarence loves to spend time traveling with his daughter on spontaneous adventures.
