Earl Huling, Sous Chef in Eickhoff Hall, attended the culinary program at Mercer County College. Earl has worked in many different facets of the culinary world, from a bar and grill concept to the college campus atmosphere. Earl has a part time, down home southern cooking catering business, and loves to experiment on the grill with all sorts of BBQ tastes and flavors. Earl started at TCNJ as a Sous Chef and has done all aspects of our dining services including catering. Earl's favorite celebrity is Larry the Cable Guy, the truly relate to one another...."Git 'r done!" |
