Erik Zwillinger is the Executive Chef for Dining Services, who started on campus in August 2008. Erik comes to us from the private sector of restaurants, and has owned two restaurants of his own. Erik is happily married to his wife Beth, and they have three children, two girls and one boy. Erik is a youth softball coach and truly enjoys teaching kids the basics and fundamentals of the game while watching them grow into great ball players. Erik is dedicated to making food service the ultimate in campus dining.
