Lonnie is a Sous Chef at The Food Court, and has worn many hats in his 18 years on campus. Lonnie has worked as Sous Chef in all of the food service units on campus, and has taken on the role of production manager from time to time. Lonnie loves food, and loves to cook here and at home. He has made his own BBQ pit in his yard, and Lonnie's wife, who works at the college bookstore, claims he has the best BBQ this side of the Mason Dixon line. He has a total of 26 years cooking experience. Lonnie is a true family many, and just welcomed his first grandchild to the world this year.
