Laura Stackhouse joined our team at TCNJ in January of 2009 as the new Catering Manager. Laura has been in the food and catering industry since 1998. She was introduced to catering when she was 15 years old, and has been hooked ever since. Laura enjoys the nature of catering and meeting new people.
Laura is a true Mercer County girl, being born and raised here. She attended Mercer County Community College on a softball scholarship and continued her education at Penn State. She enjoys playing softball for township leagues and is working on becoming a brew master.
