Pat Matranga grw up in Brooklyn , New York and spent most of his life in New York. He started working for ITT/WorldCom in research and development, and eventually got involved with the food industry. Pat owned a restaurant in Montauk, New York for 13 years, then moved to New Jersey in 1996. He worked for Hot Marriott Services and then came to The College of New Jersey in 2002.
