Troy went to Mercer County College and apprenticed under a true old world-style chef direct from Italy. Troy has been in many different style restaurants including a private caterer, TGI Fridays, and many different hotels. Troy has a true passion for the culinary arts, and wants to grow to become an Executive Chef. Troy is currently a Sous Chef in Eickhoff Hall, and believes that the chef world is not a job, it is his life.
